In this hands-on workshop we'll provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make your own fermented and pickled goods. You'll leave inspired with new recipes to try at home as well as pickles and fermented products to take home with you.
The workshop has a duration of approximatively 2 hours and we provide all the ingredients and materials, as well as your own fermenter to take home with you.
We only do small groups, spaces are limited.

CHARCUTERIE WORKSHOP: TERRINES AND PATES
The charcuterie workshop brings us closer to our tradition, we will learn the most traditional techniques for the elaboration of terrines and pates.
We will introduce ourselves to the old world of pigsty, from obtaining the remains of a product, to transforming them into one of the most luxurious parts of the food.
The duration of the workshop is about 3 hours and includes a tasting at the end.
