In this hands-on workshop we'll provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make your own fermented and pickled goods. You'll leave inspired with new recipes to try at home as well as pickles and fermented products to take home with you.
The workshop has a duration of approximatively 2 hours and we provide all the ingredients and materials, as well as your own fermenter to take home with you.
We only do small groups, spaces are limited.

FROM FORK TO PORK: BUTCHERY WORKSHOP & INTRODUCTION TO SMOKING
In our informal, hands-on workshop you’ll learn the basic rules of smoking food and, how to stuff and link your own batch of sausages, which cuts of meat to use and what herbs and spices will make your sausage really rock. By the end of the workshop, you'll have your very own sausage creations to take home along with our homemade beer mustard.
