It is practical and fun. You will learn the basic techniques of fermentation and its benefits, making your own sauerkraut and viili. Next we will teach you the basics of our kimchi and garum.

Finally you will take home two fermentors to continue applying what you have learned.
The workshop usually lasts 3 hours and we provide all materials and ingredients, as well as a fermenter for you to take home. There is a degustation included after the lesson.

We only do small groups, so spaces are limited.
