In this hands-on fermentation workshop, we'll provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to make your own fermented and pickled foods.
You'll leave inspired with new recipes to try at home as well as as pickles and fermented products to take home with you.
The class usually lasts 2 hours and we provide all materials and ingredients, as well as a fermenter for you to take home. We only do small groups, so spaces are limited.
